A great twist on the sandwich. This is also an easy to assemble & quick treat to bring to an office gathering, babyshower, or to prepare for brunch. Ham, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese and cheddar wrapped up in a flaky pastry crust and sliced! Yum!

Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pie crust, containing 2 pie crusts (I use Pillsbury)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 lb deli ham (thin sliced)
1/4 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 450° F and spray a cookie sheet with no stick cooking oil.
Spread out each crust and press out fold lines.
Top each crust with parmesan cheese, then follow with ham, and pepperoni.
Next top with cheddar cheese to within 1 inch of edge.
Roll each crust up, so it resembles a log and place on cookie sheet seam side down.
Bake for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into slices and serve warm.
Feel free to add more cheese or change meats to your taste.

Ingredients

1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb very thinly sliced cooked ham
1/4 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

Heat oven to 450°F. Remove pie crusts from pouches; place crusts flat on work surface. Sprinkle each crust evenly with Parmesan cheese.
Top each crust with ham, pepperoni and Cheddar cheese to within 1 inch of edge. Loosely roll up each crust; place rolls, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Fold ends under.
Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut each roll into 16 slices. Serve warm.

I have used thinly sliced ribeye steak with success, but have listed deli roast beef in this recipe. We prefer mayonnaise and mustard as condiments to this sandwich which enhance the flavor. Note: In my area we have a restaurant named J. Michael's Philly Deli. This recipe is similar to his version and it's darn good!
