4 tea bags of Celestial Seasonings Decaf India Spice or  Stash Herbal Tea Caffeine Free Spice Dragon Red Chai
1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream or Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp MCT Oil
1 Tbsp Kerrygold Butter
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tbsp Collagen Peptides

Steps:

  • I use my coffee maker to brew my tea for the morning and set the timer at night so it is ready for me when I wake up. I found that six cups of water set on Strong Brew with four tea bags makes the perfect chai tea. Use a large coffee cup that is deep as it helps when you blend this together.
  • Add in the softened Kerrygold Butter, Collagen Peptides, Creamer, MCT Oil, and Pumpkin Pie Spice. Then slowly add in the hot tea, let it sit for about a minute to melt the butter.
  • Use your milk frother for 15-20 seconds to blend it all together. Be careful as it could go over the edges if you filled it too full with the tea.
  • Now you are ready to enjoy this delicious Keto Bulletproof Decaf Chai Tea Latte! If you want it sweeter, add in a teaspoon of coconut butter, a cocoa butter wafer, or vanilla... it makes it very creamy too! If you don't need it decaf, try it with regular Chai Tea bags instead.

4 whole cloves
2 whole peppercorns
4 tea bags
4 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
2-1/2 cups boiling water
2 cups 2% milk

Steps:

  • Place cloves and peppercorns in a large bowl; with the end of a wooden spoon handle, crush spices until aromas are released., Add the tea bags, sugar, ginger, cinnamon stick and boiling water. Cover and steep for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk., Strain tea, discarding spices and tea bags. Stir in hot milk. Pour into mugs.
