3 c. shelled peanuts
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. peanut oil
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Place 3 cups shelled peanuts onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 350F, shaking the pan once or twice, until the nuts are a rich brown, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a food processor; add 3/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp peanut oil, and blend until smooth. For crunchy, add 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped nuts to the finished PB. It keeps in the fridge for several months.
