2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
4 medium unpeeled potatoes (about 1-1/2 pounds)

Steps:

  • Spread oil in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Combine the next five ingredients in a large plastic bag. Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges. Place half of the potatoes in the bag; shake well to coat. Place in a single layer in pan. Repeat with remaining potatoes. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning once after 25 minutes.

I like how to make potatoes. I bought a bunch of small potatoes, thought of ways to consume them, cut them into small pieces, and used them for roasting.

Provided by Coke with or without sugar

Number Of Ingredients 5

400 grams small potato
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Wash small potatoes and peel them
  • Cut into chunks, small potatoes cut into chunks are more beautiful, and the roasted taste is softer
  • Add salt, cumin powder, chili powder and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the potato pieces, mix well and set aside
  • Cover the baking tray with tin foil, brush the surface with a layer of vegetable oil, and put the potato pieces on evenly
  • Put the baking tray in the oven at 200?, and bake for about 40 minutes. If you want to eat crispy, you can bake it for a while, watch not to burn it.
  • The roasted potato pieces can be eaten directly or dipped in tomato sauce
