- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onion and sweet potato to the skillet and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the curry powder over the vegetables and continue cooking for another minute. Reduce the heat to medium low and pour in the coconut milk and broth, stirring to combine. Mix in the honey and salt. Allow the sauce to heat up until gently simmering.
- Add the chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat, and allow it to simmer until warmed through, about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Mix in the chopped cilantro, hot sauce and lime juice.
- Ladle the soup into bowls. Garnish with mango cubes, cilantro leaves and lime wedges.

- Take besan in another bowl and add salt,mirchi,coriander pwd,ginger garlic paste to it.Then add some water to it and make a thick paste of it. Then take the boiled aloo in a bowl and add above all spices to it. And make the dumplings of this mixture and dip that dumplings in besan mixture and deep fry in the oil.

- Sprinkle tofu with seasoned salt. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute tofu in oil until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm., In the same skillet, saute onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the coconut milk, cilantro, curry, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in tofu; heat through. Serve with rice.
