3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons White vinegar
salt
1 teaspoon honey
peppers
1 medium size onion
0.5 bunch Dill

Steps:

  • Wash the cucumber, grate dry and cut or slice finely.
  • Mix olive oil with vinegar, salt, honey and pepper.
  • Peel 1 medium onion and chop finely. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely. Add both to the dressing and stir in.
  • Mix the cucumber slices with the dressing just before serving.

6 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers and onion. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; cover and shake well. Pour over cucumber mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
