CRUSTLESS EGG CUSTARD 2 | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
I got this recipe from my Mother-In-Law who was a great cook. Everyone in the Family loves it and it is often requested for covered dish meals at our church dinners.

Steps:
- Melt margarine. Mix with flour and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add evaporated milk and flavoring.
- Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or till set.
- For Coconut pie... Add 1 cup coconut to ingredients. For Chocolate Pie...Add about 3-4 Tablespoons of Cocoa to flour and surgar and continue with recipe.

- In blender, combine all ingredients, cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into greased 9" deep dish pie plate.
