I made a similiar recipe the other day, but the soup did not incorporate into the meal. It stayed in tact and had to be stirred in. When I saw this recipe which would overcome that problem, I wanted to try it. So I am putting it here for safekeeping.

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 -6 boneless pork chops
1 (6 ounce) Stove Top stuffing mix (pork flavor or cornbread suggested)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Place pork chops in a greased 4-quart crockpot.
  • Mix together the stuffing mix, water and soup. Spread this mixture over the chops.
  • Cover and cook on HI heat for about 3 hours.

This is an easy pork chop recipe using just beer, ketchup and brown sugar. It's simple and quite good.

2 cups ketchup
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
¾ cup packed brown sugar
8 pork chops

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and beer. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the pork chops over this mixture in the dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). (Note: Place foil over pork chops if they start to brown too quickly.)
