Take a hack of P.F. Chang’s incredible Kung Pao sauce and toss it with fried Brussels sprouts, peanuts, and Thai chilies and you get one of this Chinese bistro’s most popular new starters. Oven baking, like other "hackers" recommend, will not give you the crispy texture of the original. These must be deep-fried.
