This Mexican casserole is absolutely packed with bold, cheesy taco flavor and plenty of melty cheese, but that's not even the best part. Not only is it simple to make (just 5 ingredients!) but it's also ready to put on the table in 30 minutes. Prepare to have no leftovers.

- In 10-inch skillet, mix beef, taco seasoning mix and corn. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Spoon into ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese.
- Separate or cut dough into 2 long rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Place on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Lay one roll of crescent rolls in the bottom of prepared pan; set aside.
- 2.
Add ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, breaking up large chunks, until beef is no longer pink (165 degrees). Stir in cabbage and onion. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more or until cabbage has wilted slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
- 3.
Add soup and shredded cheese to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add to prepared pan covering meat layer. Top with remaining crescent roll dough. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown and center is bubbly.
