Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll both cans of the dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
- Place sausage on shortest side of each triangle. Roll up each, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching position of cookie sheets halfway through baking. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

- In 2-quart saucepan, mix chili and hot dogs. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Spoon chili mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
- Separate or cut dough into 4 long rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Place on top of chili mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Roll out crescent dough and pinch the perforations together to seal. Cut into 8 even squares. Sprinkle cheddar on each square and roll around hot dogs. Spread chili in an even layer on the bottom of a 9"-x-13" baking dish. Place hot dogs in a row side by side on top of chili. In a small bowl combine melted butter with onion powder and chives. Brush over hot dogs and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes, covering with foil if the crescent dough begins to get too dark. Top with more chives and serve.
