1 package German chocolate cake mix (regular size)
1/3 cup canola oil
1 large egg
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix, oil and egg; mix until blended. Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into a 13x9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake until set, 10-12 minutes., For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and reserved topping., Bake until set, 18-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham crackers

Steps:

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth; beat in sugars just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate, covered, until firm enough to shape, about 2 hours. , Shape mixture into a ball. Wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. , To serve, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
