1 1/2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
2 cans (6 oz each) white crabmeat, drained, flaked
4 oz (half 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (4 medium)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle cornmeal in pan. Unroll dough in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan. Pinch edge of dough to make 1/2-inch rim.
  • In small bowl, stir crabmeat, cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning until well mixed. Spread crabmeat mixture evenly over dough. Top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with bell pepper and onions.
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes before cutting.

0.5 (20-oz.) pkg. soten-fired brick-oven-style pizza crusts
6 green onions
6 oz. of Hy-Vee cream cheese
1 tsp. of Hy-Vee garlic powder
1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee Fish Market imitation flaked crabmeat
0.25 c. of carrots
0.25 c. of canned baby corn
0.5 c. of Hy-Vee Kitchen wonton chips
0.25 c. of Hy-Vee finely shredded Parmesan cheese
0.5 c. of Culinary Tours sweet Thai-style chili sauce

Steps:

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place crust on a large baking sheet; bake for 5 minutes or until lightly brown.

  • 2.

    Slice green onions, separating green and white pieces; set aside.

  • 3.

    Combine cream cheese, green onion whites, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Spread cream cheese mixture on partially baked crust. Top with crabmeat, carrots, and baby corn. Sprinkle with crumbled wonton chips and Parmesan cheese.

  • 4.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Drizzle with chili sauce and sprinkle with remaining green onions before serving.
