1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 cups minced crabmeat
1 tablespoon garlic salt, or to taste
1 (12 ounce) bottle cocktail sauce

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, crabmeat, and garlic salt. Form into a ball, and place on a serving plate. Cover the surface as well as you can with cocktail sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Place crabmeat in a mixing bowl, picking any stray shell fragments out. Add crushed crackers, Old Bay Seasoning & parsley to the crab. In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smooth. Pour egg mixture over the crabmeat and crackers and gently mix careful not to break up large lumps of crabmeat. Mold into golf ball sized balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle w/ melted butter and allow to cool, serving w/ saltine crackers
