8 ounces Sour cream
1 stick Butter Melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 Eggs Slightly beaten

1 15 oz. can whole corn
1 stick butter (melted)
8 ounces sour cream
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 slightly beaten eggs
mix together all ingredients and put into a greased 2 quart casserole
bake 350 degrees for 1 hour

Combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture just until moistened., Coat muffin cups with cooking spray; fill three-fourths full with batter. Bake at 400° for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Beat butter and honey until blended; serve with warm muffins.
