Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. Masa corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 x Large eggs beaten
1/3 c. water
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or possibly corn oil

Steps:

  • Masa Harina tortilla flour Stir together 1 c. of the all purpose flour, the tortilla flour, and salt. Combine Large eggs, water, and extra virgin olive oil; add in to flour and mix well. Sprinkle remaining flour on kneading surface. Knead 10 min, let rest 10 min, roll and cut into desired shapes.
