- Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.

Steps:
- In a 2-qt. saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Reduce heat to low.
- Add cheese, a little at a time, stirring until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in corn and 1/4 cup of crushed cereal.
- In a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray, arrange broccoli. Pour corn mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining cereal. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
