1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 cup green bell pepper strips, sliced 1x1/4-inch
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves *
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
4 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded, each cut into 8 wedges

Steps:

  • Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add green pepper, onion and basil. Cook over medium heat, 3-4 minutes, until green pepper is crisply tender. Stir in stuffing and tomatoes.
  • Cover; continue cooking, 2-3 minutes, until tomatoes are firm but heated through. Serve immediately.
