PUERTO RICAN EGGNOG (COQUITO RECIPE)
Puerto Rican eggnog is delectable and makes the perfect holiday party drink! Mix up a pitcher of this classic winter favorite in five minutes.

Steps:
- Place the evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla into your blender. Blend on high until well combined, about 4 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a glass pitcher and add in the cinnamon sticks and cloves.
- Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least an hour to chill and the flavors to blend.
- Pour in your glass and garnish with a dusting of the nutmeg.
- This recipe will last for four to six months as long as it is stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
COQUITO RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
Very yummy creamy tropical coconut eggnog made with spices and white rum. It is always requested at my holiday gatherings. (And sometimes gets selfishly hidden in the fridge by the hostess.) Serve in glass cups and sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired. Feliz Navidad!

Steps:
- In the top of a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Transfer mixture to a blender, and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass bottles and chill overnight.
