- Preheat oven to 450°. Arrange french fries in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons dip mix; toss lightly to coat. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup and remaining dip mix. Serve with fries.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with egg until all the slices are well-coated and shiny. Sprinkle with cornstarch, Parmesan, about ½ packet of seasoning mix (you can use more or less depending on your taste preferences), and pepper; stir gently to evenly distribute the coating.
- Transfer potatoes to prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip potatoes and continue to bake until crisp and browned, another 20 to 25 minutes.
