1/2 c.

extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp.

ranch seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and drychickpeas very well with paper towels.Spread out chickpeas on a large bakingsheet in an even layer. Bake until goldenand crisp, 30 minutes. Carefully transfer hot chickpeas toa large bowl. Using a spatula, tosschickpeas with oil and ranch seasoning.Spread out again on the baking sheetand bake for 5 minutes more. Let chickpeas cool on the baking sheet.


    Dry chickpeas very well with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss chickpeas with oil and seasoning.  Cook at 390° until golden and crisp, about 15 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • In a medium bowl, toss together garbanzo beans, olive oil and the seasoning mix. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly.

  • Roast the chickpeas for 15 minutes, give the pan a shake or stir, and roast an additional 5–10 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy. Serve immediately or store up to 24 hours.
