Steps:

1.
Add heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a French coffee press. Press and release the French press for 20 to 30 seconds or until thick and creamy.
2.
Divide cold brew between 4 (12-oz.) ice-filled glasses; top each with 2-oz. sweet vanilla cold foam.
