1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Steak sauce
1 tsp Liquid smoke
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Salt (To taste)
Pepper (To taste)
1 tbsp Chili paste
1 cup Diet Coke
25 Meatballs (Frozen, Pre-cooked)
1 tbsp Green onions (Thinly sliced, For garnish)

Steps:

Heat a wide non-stick pan in medium high heat and add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Steak sauce, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili paste and mix.
Add Coke and mix again.
Allow the Coca-Cola bbq sauce to cook until the liquid is reduced and thick.
Add meatballs and mix until they are fully coated.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and enjoy!

Ingredients

2 cans (8 ounces each) pineapple chunks
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet yellow pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound lean ground beef
SAUCE:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Green onions, optional

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice; set pineapple aside. In a bowl, combine onion, peppers, bread crumbs, ginger, salt and reserved pineapple juice. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. , Place sauce ingredients in a blender; cover and process 1 minute. Place 2 tablespoons sauce in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Add meatballs. Pour remaining sauce over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, until meat is no longer pink, 18-20 minutes. Place one pineapple chunk on each meatball; secure with a toothpick. If desired, garnish with green onions.

Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until a thermometer reads 170°, about 6 minutes on each side. Remove from pan; keep warm., In same pan, cook and stir shallots until tender. Add wine; bring to a boil. Cook until wine is reduced by half. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir just until spinach is wilted. Stir in sour cream; serve with chicken.
Freeze option: Before adding sour cream, cool chicken and spinach mixture. Freeze in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through slowly in a covered skillet, stirring occasionally, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 170°. Stir in sour cream.
