- Spread the rusks with the hummus . Arrange them on a large plate.
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and peel it.
- Cut it into small pieces. Arrange a piece of avocado on each rusk.
- Drizzle them with a little olive oil and serve the bites .

Steps:
- Cut the baguettes into round slices and smear each of them with butter.
- Cut the sausage into thin slices, halve the tomatoes. Fold the sausage slices into an accordion shape and place them on the bread slices.
- Then put a tomato and olive on top. Pierce the bites with toothpicks or appetizer picks.
- Serve the ready bites in a platter or suitable plates. Decorate with lettuce or other greens if desired.
