Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large ziploc bag, add the breadcrumbs, oil, salt, paprika, celery salt, black pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Close the bag and rub all the ingredients together until fully mixed.
- Add one pork chop to the bag at a time and close with some air trapped inside.
- Shake gently until covered.
- Repeat with each piece of pork.
- Place on a sheet pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes then turn the pork chops over, and bake 10 more minutes.

Working in batches as needed, place chops in single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. , Cook until golden brown, 12-15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°, turning halfway through cooking and spritzing with additional cooking spray. Remove and keep warm. Repeat with remaining chops.

- Rinse pork chops. (Yes, I rinse my pork chops. Please don’t be hatin’.) Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Combine all dry ingredients. Dredge each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, then set aside on a plate. Heat canola oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter. When butter is melted and butter/oil mixture is hot, cook 3 pork chops at a time, 2 to 3 minutes on the first side; 1 to 2 minutes on the other side. (Make sure no pink juices remain.) Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining pork chops. Delicious and simple! Serve with smashed new potatoes.
