1½ cups sour cream
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
¼ cup finely chopped chives
Thick-cut potato chips (for serving)

Steps:

Mix clams, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Top with chives and serve with chips alongside.
Do Ahead: Dip can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 medium)
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped roasted garlic
1 can (6 1/2 oz) minced clams, drained
Dash salt
Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
Splash Worcestershire sauce (about 1/4 teaspoon)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Pita chips, pretzels, baby carrots and/or cucumber slices

Steps:

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic until smooth. Stir in clams, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
At serving time, spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita chips.
