CHRISTINE'S CHEESY CHICKEN & RICE | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
This recipe is great for all you cheese lovers out there! This is my son's favorite meal and my daughter loves to help make it. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cook rice on stove top according to box directions. When the rice is done pour half of the jar of ragu double cheddar in and mix.
- While the rice is cooking start the chicken. You can bake or fry the chicken. I bake mine. When chicken is done set aside.
- Pour cooked rice into a baking dish. Spread evenly then lay the cooked chicken on top in a row.
- Pour the rest of the ragu cheese on top of the chicken covering the chicken completely then sprinkle shredded cheese and bread crumbs on top.
- Place back into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

I love to make my BBQ chicken wings this way. My Fiancee hates when I make my chicken wings like this because the meat just falls off the bone but that's why I love them. I think these are sticky and so, so, good.

Steps:
- Deep fry the chicken wings just until lightly golden and slightly crisp.
- Drain grease off.
- Place the chicken wings in the crock pot then pour the BBQ sauce over the wings stirring to coat.
- Turn the crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- When cooking is done remove the chicken wings from the crock pot and place on a cookie sheet.
- Preheat an oven to 350°.
- Coat all the chicken wings with BBQ sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sauce on the chicken wings is sticky to the touch.
