FRIED PORK WITH CHOY SUM RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD
This is a specialty of Lianzhou, Guangdong. There is northern Guangdong. The climate is a bit colder than that in the middle of our country. After frosting, this dish will be sweeter, richer in water, and more crispy. It feels very similar to the red cabbage moss in Hunan Province. My couple love this dish. I fry it with meat. It is also a good match for noodles. The meat slices are fresh and tender, the dishes are crispy, delicious and nutritious. .
