Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Put the pecan halves on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake, shaking the sheet once halfway through, until lightly toasted, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a plate to cool.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Arrange the pretzels neatly on the baking sheet, then top each pretzel with an unwrapped caramel. Bake until the caramels soften (but are definitely not melting), 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and gently press a pecan half onto each caramel, just enough for the caramel to fill the pretzel. Set aside to cool completely.
- Remove the cooled pretzel/caramels from the baking sheet. Spoon 24 small dollops (1 1/2-teaspoon helpings) of the melted chocolate all over the baking sheet, then lightly drop a pretzel onto the middle of each dollop, making sure the pretzel is centered. Allow them to cool completely before serving (you can hasten this along in the fridge).

- Place the pretzels on greased baking sheets; place a chocolate kiss in the center of each pretzel. Bake at 275° until chocolate is softened, for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven., Place an M&M's candy on each, pressing down slightly so chocolate fills the pretzel holes. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, 5-10 minutes. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

- Place almonds in a shallow dish. In a large glass measuring cup, microwave caramels and water on high until caramels are melted, stirring every minute., Dip three-fourths of each pretzel into caramel, allowing excess to drip off. (Reheat caramel in microwave if mixture becomes too thick for dipping.) Roll in almonds. Place on waxed paper until set. , In a microwave, melt white baking chips; stir until smooth. Dip half of the caramel-coated pretzels in white baking chips, allowing excess to drip off. Add sprinkles if desired; return to waxed paper to set. Repeat with chocolate chips and remaining pretzels., Store in airtight containers or wrap in cellophane gift bags and tie with ribbon.

- Preheat oven to 400° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each biscuit into sixths and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet. Add baking soda to a shallow bowl filled with warm water. Whisk until the baking soda is dissolved. Brush baking soda solution onto each piece of dough. Let set until the dough has dried slightly, about 2 minutes, then brush with about 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool slightly. Whisk together sugar and pumpkin spice in a medium shallow bowl. When the pretzels are cool enough to handle, toss in the remaining melted butter then toss in pumpkin spice mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
