1 jar (18 ounces) peanut butter
1 package (14.3 ounces) graham crackers, broken into rectangles
1-1/2 pounds milk chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on 1 side of half of the graham crackers. Top with remaining crackers; refrigerate 15 minutes or until peanut butter is firm. , In a microwave, melt candy coating; stir until smooth. Dip cookies in coating to completely cover; allow excess to drip off. , Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; let stand until set. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

4 whole cinnamon graham crackers, broken into quarters
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 teaspoons shortening

Steps:

  • Spread half of the graham cracker quarters with peanut butter; top with remaining crackers. , In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip the cracker sandwiches into chocolate; place on a waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate until set.

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in a glass bowl, heating in 30 second intervals then stirring until chips are melted. 3. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter to the melted chocolate, stirring until combined. 4. Lay out 1/3 of the mini graham cracker squares (16 out of 48 squares) on your lined baking sheet or plate. Be sure to leave at least 1/2 inch around each square. 5. Spread 1/3 of the remaining peanut butter over each of these squares. 6. Top these 16 squares with 16 more graham cracker squares. 7.
