½ fluid ounce creme de cacao
½ fluid ounce banana liqueur

Steps:

  • Combine the vodka, creme de cacao, banana liqueur in a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a martini glass.

- 1 1/4 shots banana liqueur
- 1 oz. dark crème de cacao
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup plus extra to drizzle
- 3 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup whipped cream, to top

Steps:

  • Place the banana liqueur, crème de cacao, chocolate syrup, ice cream and milk in a blender. Process for a few seconds until smooth. Pour into long glasses. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serves 4 The Golden Book of Chocolate
