CHOCOLATE CHIP DESSERTS RECIPES

Steps:

• Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. , Spread caramel topping over crust. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in the whipped topping, nuts and toffee bits. Spread over caramel layer. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. , In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Drizzle over pudding layer. Cut into squares.

• Preheat the oven on Convection Bake mode at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/8 teaspoon) together.
• In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup).
• In the same bowl, add Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Use a spatula to mix until combined.
• Stir in flour mixture, and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix the dough.
• Gently fold in the Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) and Dark Chocolate Chunks (1/2 cup). Mix until combined.
• Spread the cookie dough into an oil sprayed skillet. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chunks on top. Bake on rack 4 for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden.
• Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Sea Salt Flakes (1/2 teaspoon). Allow the cookie to cool for 5-10 minutes.
• Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste) if desired.
