1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips., Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 (12-ounce) package mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, baking soda and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
