1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ¾ cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Melt chocolate and the butter together. Let cool and blend in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Gradually add the confectioner's sugar until the frosting is of spreading consistency, beat well.n

Ingredients

1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
3 egg yolk, beaten with 1 teaspoon water
½ cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut

Steps:

In a large saucepan combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Spread on cake while still warm.n
