SWEET POTATO BEAN PASTE RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD
Autumn is the season of harvest and the season of sowing hope. All kinds of melons and fruits have reached the mature season; if it is in the rural hometown, the fields, the yellow corn, the peanuts with full grains, the chestnut with smile, and Pumpkins, sweet potatoes, etc., are full of good harvests.
I remember when I was a child, whenever it was the autumn harvest, I would put down my schoolbag after school, and I would go to help with my sister, such as pulling the vines of sweet potatoes, so that parents can dig out the sweet potatoes; another example would be going up the mountain to pick up the naturally mature chestnuts and take them back. I asked my mother to fry chestnuts for us. Everything is so happy and so memorable. . .
Sweet potatoes are very common in rural areas. As long as the family has land, they will basically grow some tender vines and leaves. Most of them are used as pig food. Even the mature sweet potatoes, 90% are dedicated to the second. Brother, haha. . . If you eat it at home, there are simple sweet potato rice, steamed sweet potatoes, fried sweet potato shreds, and fried sweet potato balls.
It costs a lot to eat a sweet potato when you are away. The slightly better varieties in the vegetable market cost 4 or 5 yuan per catty. A few days ago, I bought 10 catties online and the price is cheaper than the vegetable market. So for a while, I changed tricks to toss it.
Today, I’m going to introduce a snack, that is sweet potato bean paste cake. Many restaurants and small restaurants have this snack. It’s a small one. A serving is about 8, and the price is between 18-20 yuan. ; Let’s do it ourselves at home, which can save at least half of the money. Not to mention, it can also bring the children to help together. It is a very good time for parent-child interaction.
Sweet potato bean paste cakes are available in deep-fried and pan-fried versions. If they are made at home, pan-fried will save fuel and taste healthier. One more thing, the sweet potato pancakes without bean paste are super delicious. This kind of fried pancakes, whether eaten hot or cold, whether for breakfast or afternoon tea, is also normal. The staple food is very good.
