Look at the picture and write the steps to the end. I remembered this when I wrote about the food waste. A bread with a story, O(n_n)O haha~
The bread seems to be a bit hard, right, it’s a mistake in operation. After starting the machine and pouring yeast into the yeast box, I accidentally opened the lid of the bread machine to see how well the dough was stirred. When I heard the yeast fell down When there is a rustle, the machine is stirring, and the whole person is not good on the spot. I can't tell what it will collide with when it goes down. Is it more appropriate to name it not too hard stone bread?

250 grams High-gluten flour
90g milk
1 piece egg
40 grams yeast
40 grams Sugar
3 grams salt
25 grams butter
Right amount honey
Right amount sesame

Steps:

  • Put milk, eggs and other liquids into the bread bucket first;
  • The flour is sifted and poured into a liquid bread bucket;
  • Enable the automatic dough mixing function of the bread maker, the default time for the whole process is 30 minutes, the mixing time is 15 minutes, and the rest time is left;
  • After starting the machine, put in the yeast through the yeast box, and sprinkle it into the dough automatically after the machine runs for 2 minutes;
  • After the oil method, after the automatic dough mixing, relax for 15 minutes, and then start the dough dough function, then the dough will be stirred again for 15 minutes, and then switch to automatic dough dough;
  • After the dough has been fermented to twice its size, take it out and ventilate, divide into 4 equal parts, round, and let the dough rise for 15 minutes;
  • Roll the proofed dough into a dough sheet;
  • Brush a layer of honey on the dough;
  • Sprinkle black sesame seeds and roll from one end of the dough to the other;
  • Put the shaped dough into a baking tray lined with greased paper, cover it with plastic wrap and re-bake it to twice its size, and brush the bread dough with a layer of honey water;
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle level, and bake for 20 minutes.
