It's another fish dish, because my father really loves to eat fish and also loves to fish. Noble sometimes ridicules: Grandpa is a cat and loves to eat fish. This time, I learned to cook a big pot of pickled fish. The hot and sour appetizer is a delightful meal for everyone, and I was highly praised by my dad: it’s better than the restaurant’s!

1000 grams grass carp
200 g Sauerkraut
200 g Soy sprouts
1 piece Egg white
5 grams Bell pepper
5 grams Red pepper

Steps:

  • Ingredients: I bought a piece of grass carp and asked the fish seller to help me slice it. My family loves mung bean sprouts, but most of them use soybean sprouts.
  • Pick out the fish bones and marinate the fish fillets for about 15 minutes
  • Wash the soybean sprouts, stir-fry in the pot until 5 is ripe, put it in the container and set aside
  • To prepare the ingredients, cut the sauerkraut into small pieces, heat the pan with vegetable oil, add the onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, and dried chili until fragrant
  • Add sauerkraut and pickled peppers, stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance, add the broth to a boil
  • Put the fish bones and fish tails into the stew for about 10 minutes, then add the fish fillets to the boil
  • Add chicken essence and salt to taste, remove the fish and ingredients inside and put them in a container
  • Strain the soup and put it in, then drizzle with hot oil, garnish with bell peppers and red peppers, then serve

Sauerkraut fish is one of the classic dishes of Sichuan cuisine. To make sauerkraut fish, the fish must be changed into slices and then cooked. There happens to be a piece of fish in the middle of the house. Strictly speaking, the belly of the fish should be the belly of the fish. Anyway, it is your own taste.

500 g Fathead fish
1 tbsp oil
2 pcs Sauerkraut Pack
6 grams salt
1 tbsp Cooking wine
1 tbsp Vinegar
Right amount Green onion ginger garlic

Steps:

  • Main and auxiliary ingredients: fish belly (middle section of fat head fish), pickled cabbage bag
  • Wash the fish belly and cut a knife
  • Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant
  • Put in the fish belly
  • Boom the fire, cook with cooking wine and vinegar
  • Add sauerkraut
  • Add appropriate amount of water
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Season with salt, turn over and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Turn off the heat after turning off the juice
  • Put it out of the pot and serve on the table
