Spicy Salted Fish recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Since I was young, I have loved fish. I have been stealing the teacher from my mother-in-law for a long time. I made it myself today and it tastes great!

Number Of Ingredients 10

500 g Salted fish
Right amount shallot
2 scoops Sugar
Right amount ginger
Right amount garlic
Right amount Hangjiao
Right amount pepper
Right amount Cooking wine
Right amount Soy sauce
Right amount Vinegar

Steps:

  • Scallion, ginger, garlic and hang pepper, cut into nice shapes
  • Soak the salted fish in clean water for a day and night, then drain it, put it in a frying pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown, set aside
  • Add appropriate amount of oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, hang pepper and pepper to fry to create a fragrance. Add fish pieces and stir-fry for a few times and then add hot water. When there is only a small amount of soup, take it out and put it on the plate

400 grams Salted fish
35 ml oil
10ml Soy sauce
20ml Cooking wine
5 grams Shallots
10gram Garlic slices
10gram ginger
2 pcs star anise
5 grams Sugar

Steps:

  • Prepare the seasoning
  • Soak the salted fish in clean water overnight, changing the water several times in between
  • Cut into sections after washing
  • Add the fish pieces in a hot pan with warm oil
  • Fry until golden on both sides, then pick up
  • In another pot, pour the base oil and add the ginger and garlic, the star anise bursts into a fragrance
  • Pour in the fried fish and cook in the cooking wine
  • Add soy sauce and stir well
  • Pour boiling water
  • Add sugar
  • Boil until the juice is dry, sprinkle with chopped green onion and turn off the heat
  • Serve
