THE BEST CHINESE FRIED RICE RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE EASY ...

The Best Chinese Fried Rice Recipe | How to Make Easy ... image

This Chinese fried rice has the flavor those other recipes are missing. Tastes like takeout. I want to dedicate this dish to Bergy, whose recipe "AM & B's Indonesian Mehoon" has inspired this dish. Make sure you season your rice with salt before it cooks. Add some butter to the cooking water, as well. Other seasonings should be added before you cook, as well, so it has time to get inside the rice. If you like sesame flavor, add 1 tsp. of it after you add the green onions, but do not use it as a cooking oil because it easily burns.

Total Time 28 minutes

Prep Time 10 minutes

Cook Time 18 minutes

Yield 4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 12

3/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 egg, lightly beaten (or more eggs if you like)
3 drops soy sauce
3 drops sesame oil
8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot (very small)
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (preferably medium grain)
4 green onions, chopped
2 cups bean sprouts
2 tablespoons light soy sauce (add more if you like)

Steps:

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok; add chopped onions and stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color, about 8-10 minutes; remove from wok.
  • Allow wok to cool slightly.
  • Mix egg with 3 drops of soy and 3 drops of sesame oil; set aside.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp oil to wok, swirling to coat surfaces; add egg mixture; working quickly, swirl egg until egg sets against wok; when egg puffs, flip egg and cook other side briefly; remove from wok, and chop into small pieces.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok; add selected meat to wok, along with carrots, peas, and cooked onion; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice, green onions, and bean sprouts, tossing to mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add 2 tbsp of light soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in; stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve.
  • Set out additional soy sauce on the table, if desired.

SHRIMP WITH RICE SAUCE RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Shrimp with rice sauce recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Isn’t this coming into the twelfth lunar month? The Chinese New Year has also entered various stages of preparation. My main goal now is to be a "little mouse"~ Well, in fact, it is to play a variety of creative dishes suitable for Chinese New Year's family banquet~ Seafood must be I have a good heart at the banquet. Every year it is steamed and something is particularly boring. I have always wanted to conceive a food that is suitable for Chinese New Year’s and festivals and does not live up to the ingredients, but also reflects the characteristics of my mind and the most important thing is good health. , I didn’t have any thoughts a few days ago, until one day I saw a show of Xingshang~ The show said that the general soup is bone soup, but there is an ingenious way to use rice soup, not only looks good, but the rice soup is more stomachic. , It is simply the gospel of the stomach tortured by the big fish and the meat~ So when I thought about it, I made a soup, that is, the shrimp slippery of rice, millet and glutinous rice~ It is really delicious to make it full of flexibility! And I'm not afraid of the burden on my stomach anymore!
Instead of whole rice soup, I use the top layer of "rice oil". This is the essence of rice soup. It is also recorded in many Chinese medicine books. It can nourish yin and grow vitality, fatten up the five internal organs, and relieve urination. It can also rehydration and replenish essence, which is beneficial to the old, why not!

Provided by Tian Luo girl

Total Time 2 hours

Yield 2

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 lobster
1 scoop Rice
1 scoop Millet
1 small point Glutinous rice
1 piece vegetables
1 tsp Corn flour
Right amount Rice wine
Right amount olive oil
Right amount salt

Steps:

  • Remove the head of the lobster, use only the meat on the body, and carefully separate the meat from the lobster shell
  • Remove the red film on the lobster meat (forgive me for this obsessive-compulsive disorder!)
  • Then carefully cut the lobster meat into small pieces, don’t chop
  • Add rice wine
  • Add olive oil
  • Add table salt
  • Finally add a little bit of cornstarch
  • Then stir and beat until the lobster meat is very elastic
  • Organize them into dumplings by hand and cook them in a pot
  • Rice millet plus glutinous rice, go wash it
  • Add it to the pressure cooker and cook for more than an hour, until all the rice is basically melted into the soup
  • When cooking rice porridge, prepare greens, and wash any greens
  • Chopped
  • Use the rice oil on the cooked porridge carefully
  • A big pot of porridge, just a little bit of rice oil
  • Then add rice oil to the pot and start cooking
  • Add chopped greens
  • Add a little salt
  • After the juice is thickened again, add the cooked shrimp and stir it for a while!
