SHRIMP WITH GINGER-GARLIC RED NOODLE BEANS RECIPE



Shrimp with Ginger-Garlic Red Noodle Beans Recipe image

These meaty long beans take wonderfully to Asian flavorings such as soy sauce and Sriracha. Look for mirin in the supermarket's international aisle, or substitute marsala wine or dry sherry instead.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound red noodle or Chinese long beans, trimmed and cut into 4-inch pieces
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 (3-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons Sriracha (hot chile sauce, such as Huy Fong)
? cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add beans to pan; cook 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well; pat dry.
  • Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add oil to pan. Add beans and ginger; stir-fry 3 minutes or until beans start to brown. Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute. Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes. Combine mirin, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a small bowl. Add mirin mixture to bean mixture; cook 1 minute, tossing to coat. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

350 grams Low-gluten flour
350 grams Wheat flour
300 grams Red bean paste
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
15 grams Sugar
50 grams butter
Right amount Shimizu
Right amount Black sesame
1 piece Egg liquid

Steps:

  • You skin noodles [add sugar, oil, water] and make a dough
  • Shortbread noodles [add butter] and make a dough
  • Pastry dough, soak up the pastry dough for 25 minutes
  • Knead the dough into strips!
  • Cut each into equal sizes for use
  • Roll the oily skin into a dumpling-like skin, wrap the shortening in it, seal it down and set aside
  • Roll into a long strip and roll it up from top to bottom, straight 90 degrees, repeat the first action, roll into a long strip, roll up from top to bottom, and wake up for 15 minutes.
  • Arrange the red bean paste into small balls for later use
  • Roll the dough into a thick dumpling wrapper and wrap it with the seal facing down
  • Epidermal Brush Layer Egg Liquid
  • Dip evenly with black sesame seeds
  • Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for ten minutes
  • Bake the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn to 180 degrees and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
