Number Of Ingredients 29

½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped Chinese chives
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
1 pound ground pork
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons finely chopped Chinese chives
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1?½ tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
50 dumpling wrappers
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
1 quart water, or more as needed

Steps:

  • Combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon chives, sesame seeds, and chile sauce in a small bowl. Set aside. Mix pork, garlic, egg, 2 tablespoons chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Place a dumpling wrapper on a lightly floured work surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle. Wet the edge with a little water and crimp together forming small pleats to seal the dumpling. Repeat with remaining dumpling wrappers and filling. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 8 to 10 dumplings in the pan and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Pour in 1 cup of water, cover and cook until the dumplings are tender and the pork is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Repeat for remaining dumplings. Serve with soy sauce mixture for dipping.

I think wontons are not delicious at all, whether they are wrapped by my mother or bought outside. It may be that there is a little meat in the wrapper of the wonton, which is not delicious because it has no dishes. Why is the wonton made today? The content of the wonton is enriched, with meat and mushrooms, so it will be more delicious.

45 sheets Wonton wrapper
200 g Chicken breast
10 Dried shiitake mushrooms
2 pcs egg
6 scoops pepper
4 pcs parsley
2 pieces Shallots
2 scoops Vinegar
6 scoops Soy sauce
4 scoops Corn flour
1 piece ginger
2 pieces Green onions
6 slices Garlic cloves
4 Dried shrimp
4 scoops Oyster sauce
4 scoops sesame oil

Steps:

  • Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, set aside
  • Wash the chicken breast and cut into small pieces
  • Put it in a meat grinder
  • Stir the chopped chicken breast with egg, cornstarch, light soy sauce, ginger (the ginger is peeled and the sassafras is pureed) and stir well
  • Add the chopped green onions and garlic, mix well and set aside
  • The soaked shiitake mushrooms squeeze out the moisture, cut into small pieces and smash them in a meat grinder
  • Add chopped shiitake mushrooms to the mixed meat
  • Add shrimp skins and mix well
  • Give oyster sauce
  • Stir the sesame oil evenly
  • Stir the pepper well
  • When the filling is done, put it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Take out the iced meat, prepare the wonton wrappers, and have a bowl of water
  • Take a piece of skin and put a spoonful of stuffing in the middle of the skin
  • Place a finger away from the wonton wrapper with water and apply a horizontal mark, and then fold the wonton wrapper from bottom to top to the position with the horizontal mark of water, pinch the one firmly
  • Then bend the side inward and bend it over
  • On both sides of the bend, dip your finger in some water
  • Pinch the two sides tightly
  • Wrap all the wontons one by one
  • Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces
  • Put some coriander in the bowl,

  • Give oil
  • Give pepper
  • Give soy sauce
  • Give vinegar, set aside
  • Put the wontons in cold water and cook (do not add water in the middle, stir it from time to time)
  • Turn off the heat and simmer after it's cooked
  • Put the cooked wontons in a bowl with seasonings, stir well and start eating
