A QUICK AND EASY RECIPE FOR PRUNE MUI – RECTANGULAR ONE
Prune mui is a snack favorite in Hawaii and is fairly easy to prepare. I use a Season-Serve Jr. container (a.k.a. “Marinator”) to marinate my prune mui. Fun Fact: The first time I ever tried prune mui, I learned that day that everything everyone said about eating too many prunes… was true.

- In a Season-Serve® Container, combine all ingredients (except for the red ginger, if used). Let stand for 2 to 4 days, flipping the Season-Serve® at least twice per day.

APRICOT PRUNE MUI | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
It is a local favorite here in Hawaii. I make this every year during the Holidays for gift giving. Either use mason jars or Holiday themed canning jars or plastic Holiday containers that have tight covers. Add a bow on the top, and it looks so festive. Besides it's "ono" delicious!
