A spicy thrill for anyone that`s fasting, and for everyone else too.

Number Of Ingredients 14

rice - 1 cup, long - grained
carrots - 2
onions - 1 head
garlic - 4 cloves
mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
olives - 3.5 oz (100 g) green
beer - light 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml).
oil
vegeta
curry
black pepper
soya sauce
parsley
dill

Steps:

  • Wash and boil the rice in salted water, then rinse with cold water and drain. In a Teflon pan, heat enough oil to cover the bottom.
  • Fry the onion that youve cut into thin crescents and the carrots, cut into sticks, for 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic and mushrooms cut into thin slices, then fry for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Pour in the beer, soya sauce , dried herbs and olives - pitted and cut. Once the liquid boils away and the vegetables soften, add the rice and finely chopped herbs and spices.
  • Stir for a few minutes until the rice is seasoned and remove it from the heat.

Olive vegetable fried rice with only 4 ingredients but creates extremely delicious flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 eggs
2 servings left over rice (around 3 cups)
2-3 bok choy (wash carefully and then cut into small pieces)
salt to taste
1 and 1/2 tbsp. Chinese olive vegetable
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and then fry whisked egg. Break the eggs into small pieces once well fried.
  • Place leftover rice in. Use the back of your turner and separate the grains. 
  • Add chopped bok choy and olive vegetable. Mix well. Add salt to taste before serving.

  • Marinate the chicken: Stir the oyster-flavored sauce and cornstarch together in a small bowl. Stir the chicken into the marinade, mix well and let stand for 10 min. For the Seasonings: Stir the stock, soy sauce, and sesame oil together in a small bowl. For the Dish: Rub the rice between your fingers to separate the grains as much as possible. Heat a wok over high heat till warm. Add in the oil and swirl to coat the sides. Add in the chicken and cook, stirring, till no longer pink, about 2 min. Sprinkle the rice into the wok and stir-fry till heated through, about 2 min. Add in the olives, peas and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Push the rice to the sides of the wok and pour the Large eggs into the center well. Scramble the Large eggs till set, then stir to combine the rice and egg. Add in the seasonings and the green onions, and stir-fry till heated through, 1 to 2 min. Scoop the rice onto a hot serving platter and serve warm. This recipe yields 4 servings.
