200 grams of Chinese egg noodles (7.05oz)

Steps:

  • The first thing you have to know in order to make Chinese chicken noodles is that you need a wok or, failing that, a large skillet. What is essential, therefore, is to have a wok to get the flavor and texture of this oriental recipe. So the first step is to add a little oil to the wok and put it over a medium heat; while it's heating up, cut the onion, pepper and garlic into small pieces and sauté in the wok.
  • Season the chicken breast with a little salt and ginger, and when you see the onion begin to become transparent, add the chicken and stir-fry for a few minutes. When it is half done, add the soy and oyster sauce so the meat will have the intense flavor of both sauces.

100 g Soba noodles
Half root Cucumber
Half carrot
200 g Chicken breast
10gram Cooked Sesame
20 grams Ground peanuts
Two parsley
2 scoops June Fresh Premium Soy Sauce
1 scoop Verdami Rice Vinegar
1 scoop Verdami Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Chili powder
1 scoop Cooking oil

Steps:

  • The ingredients are ready. Put the chicken breast in clean water, add cooking wine and ginger slices, let it cool slightly, and tear it into silk. Cut cucumbers and carrots into thin strips. Wash coriander and cut into two pieces. Saute sesame seeds and peanuts separately.
  • For the noodles, I use June Fresh Super Soy Sauce. The color is more beautiful and the flavor is full. My kids like to eat it.
  • First adjust the soup, pour a spoonful of sesame seeds, a small spoonful of chili powder, and heat two spoonfuls of vegetable oil in a bowl to stimulate the aroma.
