Warm Lamb Hot Pot recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

When it’s cold, people naturally think of hot pot, especially the mutton hot pot that people in the north think of first. In our case, it’s called mutton hot pot. Shabu mutton is a kind of easy hot pot that people like very much. Some people entertain guests. Or family members like to eat hot pot when they get together. The main reason is to save trouble. You don’t need to cook a large table of dishes one by one. Just have lamb. You can mix it with other vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and seafood. The people at the table were chatting and laughing in front of the hot pot, each taking what they needed without restraint.
The weather is getting colder, and my family sits around the table to have a pot of mutton-boiled, I think it will be enjoyable to eat comfortably and relax.

6-8 Dried shiitake mushrooms
6 Prawns
1 stage Green onions
2 pieces Red fermented bean curd
2 scoops Soy sauce
2 scoops Fermented bean curd juice
a little MSG
200 g Tahini
Right amount salt
2 scoops Chive flower
Right amount parsley
1 piece Knorr Chicken Soup Po
1 piece pepper
1 piece ginger
3 slices Bay leaf
2 pcs Aniseed

Steps:

  • Put the hot pot bottom material: dried shiitake mushrooms, 6-8 prawns, 6 peppers, 1 aniseed, 2 bay leaves, 3 green onions, 1 ginger, 1 piece, and put them in the soup pot
  • A piece of Knorr Chicken Soup
  • Put the thick soup in the pot
  • Dip ingredients other than coriander: red fermented bean curd, 2 pieces of fermented bean curd juice, 2 tablespoons of sesame sauce, 200 g, 2 tablespoons of chives flower, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of MSG salt.
  • Add enough water to the hot pot base and start to cook the lamb after it is boiled

I just wanted to eat a spicy dish, so I was lazy to make a spicy pot to eat!

500 g Chicken Drumstick
Two green pepper
Right amount Shallots
300 grams shrimp
100 g Lotus root
Seven or eight Tricholoma
120g lettuce
80 grams onion
Right amount ginger
Right amount garlic
100 g Bell pepper
Right amount Cooking oil
70 grams Spice pot ingredients

Steps:

  • Wash the chicken drumsticks, chop into small pieces, add 20 grams of spices and marinate for more than two hours
  • Prepare the side dishes, the side dishes can be prepared according to your favorite
  • Lettuce slices, lotus root slices, mushrooms cut in half, sweet peppers, green peppers, onions, chopped green onions, ginger and garlic slices
  • Slash the shrimp from the back, pick out the mud sausage with a toothpick, wash it and set aside
  • Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up
  • Add ginger, garlic and peppercorns and stir fry to create a fragrance

  • Bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for ten minutes. The chicken thighs I used are tender, so it’s just right to simmer for ten minutes
  • Add lettuce and simmer for about five minutes
  • Add chili and stir fry a few more times, taste the salt taste is right, you are ready to cook
  • Add scallions and stir fry a few times before serving, and then sprinkle in cooked sesame seeds.
