20 grams Dried chili
20 grams Minced Ginger and Garlic
3 grams pepper
20ml Cooking wine
5ml Pepper oil

Steps:

  • Dried fish is soaked in clear water one night in advance to remove excess salt, drain the water and air dry slightly, put oil in the pot, add the air-dried small fish to a low heat and stir slowly, stir until the small fish becomes brown and remove for use.
  • Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the minced ginger and garlic and stir fragrant, add the dried chili and stir fragrant, add the fried fish
