300 g flour
160 g milk
1 egg
3 g yeast
1/2 spoon salt

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients you need.
  • Pour eggs into the flour and add yeast powder, salt and sugar.
  • Add milk and stir.
  • Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and wait for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, it is twice as big as the original dough.
  • Take out the dough and place it on the chopping board, sprinkle some dry flour. Don’t knead. Roll into thin slices with a rolling pin, then cut into rectangles.
  • Stacked together, put the chopsticks in the middle and press gently to leave a mark. Then cut into two pieces.
