STIR-FRIED CILANTRO RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Stir-fried cilantro recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

I bought this wild vegetable today, but I never knew it could be eaten. It turned out to be called sorrel, and its tender seedlings taste good! Let's take a look at how to do it!

Provided by Sister Du's Kitchen

Total Time 5 minutes

Yield 2

Number Of Ingredients 5

300 grams Jasmine
2 pcs Garlic cloves
Right amount oil
3 grams salt
2 grams Chicken noodles

Steps:

  • The thorny vegetables I bought are relatively large, so wash the thorny vegetables and rub them to control the water, peel the garlic cloves and chop them.
  • Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and sauté.
  • Then add the cauliflower and stir fry.
  • Stir-fry twice and add salt.
  • This dish will be cooked quickly, and it will be ready in less than 1 minute when it is poured into the pot. Add chicken powder to taste.
