- Combine oil, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic.
- Pour over chicken.

- Transfer chicken to a serving platter.
- Combine cornstarch and water.
- Add to juices in baking dish.
- Stir to mix.
- Return to oven.
- Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
