4 catties Beef bone
Right amount Dried ginger
Three petals garlic
Right amount pepper
Right amount Little Red Hot Pepper
Right amount salt
Right amount parsley
Right amount shallot

Steps:

  • Put the cleaned beef bones into the pressure cooker. After boiling, the blood will be beaten clean. Beat it a few more times!
  • Prepare 4 pieces of dried ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 7 dried chilies, and put pepper in a small box. You can put more if you like spicy.
